Together we will experience a day full of creativity and music, in the midst of a harmonious community of music lovers. My name is Alex, and I am a trained musical instrument maker who would like to share his passion for the ukulele with you. Whether you are a beginner, young or old, advanced or just a music enthusiast, you have come to the right place. You don't need any previous knowledge of the craft, because together we will create a unique instrument - your own ukulele! With me as your mentor, success is guaranteed, and the most important thing is the joy of creating. The course starts at 14:00 when the doors to our musical studio open. We have room for a maximum of 4 participants. The course lasts a total of 4-5 hours. Together we will delve into the world of instrument making, learn the secrets and intricacies of the ukulele and use our craftsmanship to create a masterpiece. It's a day of laughter, learning and discovery as we bring our ukuleles to life step by step. The hours will fly by and before you know it, you will have your very own ukulele in your hands, a work of art that you have created yourself. Your ukulele will not only be a musical instrument, but also a piece of your own creativity. The sounds you will conjure up from this unique instrument are an expression of your own personality and passion. It is an experience that you will remember for a long time. The price of the course includes all the materials and tools you need, as well as our delicious snacks and refreshing drinks. The day ends around 18:00-19:00, but the music you will play with your ukulele will continue to resonate in your heart. Community, creativity and music - these are the ingredients for an unforgettable day in our workshop. Get ready to create your own ukulele and discover the wonderful sounds of this unique instrument. Cancellation Policy
I confirm that I am aware of the following information and that I have read and understood it. The workshop includes the making of musical instruments under instruction and using various machines and tools. Both traditional and modern techniques of instrument making will be taught. I am aware and accept that the following dangers and risks exist when participating in the workshop: Risk of injury from machinery and tools: - There is a risk of cutting yourself on sharp tools. - Handling machines can lead to crushing, cuts and other injuries. Exposure to wood dust: - Working with exotic woods or hardwoods can cause inhalation of wood dust, which can cause respiratory problems and allergic reactions. - Working with heavy materials and tools can lead to muscle and joint strain. - There may be other unforeseeable risks and dangers associated with working in the workshop area. - Complaints may also occur after the end of the course. - I understand and accept that Plaschke Instruments and the workshop organizer or instructor are not liable for any injuries, accidents or damages that occur during the workshop. - Plaschke Instruments is not liable if the finished instrument does not meet my expectations or does not sound convincing. - The organizer and instructor of the workshop is not liable for any errors or injuries resulting from the use of the tools and machines. - I confirm that I have received a clear and comprehensive introduction to the use of all relevant machines and tools and that I have fully understood them. (noise protection, occupational safety, hazards, other health protection) - The necessary protective equipment has been explained to me and handed over to me (including safety goggles, gloves, hearing protection, respirators, etc.).
